“The staff, as usual, was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed us and our dog with a smile and treats. The room was very clean and our stay was enjoyable. House keeping was prompt with requests and honored our "Do Not Disturb" sign during our stay. The hotel is in the process of updating some of the rooms and the exterior so there is some construction going on, however, it had no impact on our stay or enjoyment. The only suggestion would be to change up the servings at the breakfast buffet...

“Breakfast was excellent. Room clean and smelled clean. Staff great. Only downside was the water pressure in the bathtub/shower was a little low. Maybe because we were on the 3rd floor?”

“Wow, very nice hotel and well situated downtown within easy walking distance of dozens of restaurants and bars. Many of the rooms in the hotel have different decorating themes, and the room layout is pretty unique, Would stay here again, for sure. The valet service was quick, which was nice as that's usually not the case.”

“Check-in was quick, attendant was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed. Air conditioner kinda felt like it couldn’t quite keep up but I was comfy regardless. Bed and pillows were great. No dishes in the kitchen, you have to buy them downstairs if you need them. There was ample parking - we had no issues parking our 26’ moving truck and car trailer at 1am when we arrived. No breakfast served but some good options in the little lobby store and walkable options as well....

“Black mold in the bathroom, holes in the wall in the bedroom, smoke detector ripped down from ceiling. Entire second floor smelled heavily of marijuana. Trash by doors, floors not vacuumed.”
